Chuck

Charles is an American Council on Exercise (ACE) personal trainer, a TRX suspension trainer, and a Crossfit Kettlebell Instructor.  He and athletic trainer, Dan Tuoti, created Elite Tactical Fitness (now Elite Urban Fitness) in 2008 at Joint Base Balad, Iraq.  The program became the most popular and longest running Morale, Welfare and Recreation (MWR) fitness program  in Iraq.  Charles currently has over 12 years experience training people to develop non-specific, functional fitness.  He strongly believes your level of fitness must be able to extend beyond the gym and into your daily tasks.



















Stephanie
Stephanie has been passionate about health for 20+ years after becoming a vegetarian during college.  She enjoys studying nutrition, and over the last two years has shifted her diet to include more juicing and a higher percentage of raw foods.   Stephanie is a Crossfit Level 1 Trainer and wears many hats in our program.  She is the Operations Manager, Web Designer, T-Shirt Designer, Special Events Planner, and one of the Group Fitness Instructors.  On top of that she is a mom to 5 incredible kids!  After teaching elementary school for 17 years, she made the decision in 2010 to start teaching her own kids and became a Homeschooling Mom!  So needless to say, she is as busy as they get.  Stephanie is always available to answer any questions you have about our program and looks forward to helping you exceed your fitness goals!
